This is a mold for creating a 30 lbs dumbbell. You print the mold, fill it with concrete and put a piece of metal rebar through the handle for support. The mold should be within a pound or two of 30 lbs when the concrete cures. Printed in pieces so the shell is not full of supports. Then glue them together. Print 1 handle, 1 open side, 1 closed side and 2 lids.
