19.11.2017: Added Idler_mount v2. I had problems with the original mount because the screw would bend and then the y axis looses steps. The new mount accepts a 20T GT2 pulley with bearings and a 5mm bore. I made a new plate for the y axis to fit a 300x200 bed. I also changed the y bearing holder to support the new bed. The stepper and idler mount had to be changed to fit the new bearing holders. The original linear rail holders from the x axis came back to use. This is still a work in progress. But it seems good so far. Plate thickness is 4mm, bed thickness 5mm. To get the bearings into the holder, heat them up with a heat gun. They should slide in without much force.
