Based on comments, I have made some variations on the USB port design. You can choose a design w/ recessed logo, punched out logo, or no logo. There are also versions that come pre-drilled to fit the USB panel mounting . The version without pre-drilled holes is useful if you prefer to drill your own mounting holes, or want to use CA to hold the cable in place. The USB w/ panel mount is typically an extension USB cable that allows pass through access to plug your phone or MP3 player in to your aftermarket stereo, if your stereo has that feature. Another option (at your own risk!), is a 12v to 5v step converter used to just provide power to your phone. Do your research and do not provide power back in to your stereo through it's USB cable!! TIPS- I recommend printing with the face down to reduce printing supports (you will need supports for the side brackets). I printed this in PLA, at .2mm layer height with 100% infill. I used gloss black paint to finish it off after sanding. You may also drill a hole to accommodate an AUX input, if you prefer. The screws used to mount the USB bracket should not be visible when mounted back in the bezel. To help with clearance, try and use screws with flat heads instead of rounded On the version with the logo punched out, I may try to may a clear block to mount an LED behind the logo for a lighting effect later on. This was created in fusion 360, and I have included the OBJ files in case you want o customize the design yourself. Just make sure you link the re-mix please. Example of panel mount USB extension cable - They are cheaper from china shops https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-Panel-Mount-USB-Cable/dp/B002M8RVKA Example of step down converter with panel mount USB cables- https://www.amazon.com/DC-DC-Step-Down-Module-SODIAL/dp/B01GNKSRDW/ref=sr_1_12?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1508045756&sr=1-12&keywords=12v+to+5v+converter+panel+mount Disclaimer- This design fit my 1990 Twin turbo radio bezel, but is not guaranteed to fit all applications! Do your research to determine how best to step down and power your phone from a 12v source. The 12v to 5v step down converter example is 3A, so please make sure your device can handle 3A charging! I am not responsible for any damage done to your radio, phones, or vehicle. Any use of this print, aftermarket components, and changes to your wiring are at your own risk.
