3018 Pro CNC Z-Axis Tool Adapters

**Important: Don't forget to adjust for Material properties and your printer calibration values, there are some tight fits in these models!** This thing contains an upgrade to the 3018 Pro CNC Z axis. It uses longer LM8UU bearings for more stability. Their part designation is LM8LUU, dimensions are 15x45 with an inner diameter of 8mm. The Z Axis brass nut can be secured with 2 M3 screws and nuts. You may need to soften the part with heat a bit to press fit the bearings. I used a heat gun and a vice to push them in. It really depends on your printers calibration and the tolerances of the bearings you have at hand. All parts have slide-ins to secure nuts inside for M3 screws. Additionally, it contains interchangeable front plates. (Currenty only for an aluminum mount of a 500W China Spindle). The front plates are aligned via groves and mounted with 4x M3 screws to the main body. The aluminum mount can then be mounted on top of this with 4 nuts from the back.
