3060 T-slot slider

Currently working on building a XY platform for my Plasma cutter. Needed some roller/slider so I decided to make some that would would with some 3060 T-slot extrusion. I LOVE those T-slot. They uses some Plastic Roller wheels that can be easily found on Ebay (POM Wheel Plastic Pulley w/ 625zz Bearing 5mm Bore) The whole assembly is pretty stiff: I would says no more than 0.25mm of play, which for most application, is more than enough . The back component are assembled using some 10-32 machine screw (5mm will be just fine !). You may have to drill the holes to make sure they fit perfectly . Working on other component for the end of the T-slot that will take care of the movement, using a GT2 belt. I will publish them shortly. Stay tuned !
