This is a 30mm fan adapter for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2873860 The original calls for a 5150 fan. I didn't have any of those fans, but I had a few 30mm fans I never used from my E3D V6 hot ends, so I made an adapter. After printing the fang I cut the ears off that hold the intended fan and just glued in my adapter.
