A 30 mm fan cover, designed to be friction fit, flush with the case surface to hide fan mounting screws and to match the case colour. Dimensions were adjusted for printing on Prusa i3 MK3S using 0.6mm nozzle - you might need to change them for a snug friction fit. Attached is the exported Fusion 360 project.
