My original Prusa i3 MK2 was without a fan grill. Some day I touched the fan, not so good. But another day a little string of nylon filament blocked the fan and I immediately had to stop all to not overheating the hot end sink. Time to design this little boy. Only 1mm height! Installed 3 months ago and never an issue again with the fan. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1-0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: Printed mine in ABS. How I Designed This 123Design.
