30mm magnet handle - for large bolt/screw

My original handle was for the 4-5mm deep version of this magnet. This is for any deeper version. These deeper magnets have a bolt or large screw on the back side instead of a screw going through the face. This grip/handle has a larger inside pocket for the bolt/screw to drop into.

First you'll want to secure the bolt/screw to the magnet. Screw it in as far as possible and do a dry fit. There should be plenty of room in the handle. If it fits, then put a drop of CA glue or epoxy on the threads, and screw in the bolt/screw as far as it will go.

Coat the face and fill the hole with glue - epoxy is best. You'll need about 1 gram. Press the magnet against the face and center it as best as possible. Spin a little in both directions to ensure a thorough coating. A small clamp will help. You can also use duct tape. Any excess epoxy can be wiped off.

CA (super) glue would also work, but you'd need a lot and the bond is better with epoxy. If you use CA (super) glue, watch your fingers - and the fumes can get pretty bad. I also have a version of this with a sleeve that has a really good grip.

The smaller holes (3x2mm) are for surface area for the adhesive to bond better to.

No supports needed. Print bottom down.
