<p>This design was created using Adobe Medium and an Oculus Rift/PC. &nbsp;I have sold it for several years in my Etsy store and assembled/shipped about a dozen of them in that time. &nbsp;The files have been heavily refined for maximum success rate while printing. &nbsp;Last year the design was updated to include two 4mm diameter by 400mm long carbon fiber rods that run the length of the sword, greatly increasing its strength and durability. &nbsp;With the carbon fiber inserts you can swing the sword fairly quickly and lightly make contact with surfaces without destroying the prop. &nbsp;I recommend heavy application of Loctite “super attak” power flex gel superglue during assembly of the joints. &nbsp;The carbon fiber rods should be glued into each piece starting from the sword tip and moving toward the handle. &nbsp;Be quick when setting the shaft in place as the glue will lock it in position extremely quickly since it's being spread so thin around the carbon fiber. &nbsp;Lightly hand sand with 120-300grit sandpaper after assembly and coat with Rustoleum filler primer, then spraypaint or airbrush to your preference. &nbsp;Enjoy!</p>
