I got a Dewalt DWS713 Miter Saw for Christmas, and I wanted to connect my small portable vacuum to the sawdust collector port. So I created a 32mm to 42mm cylindrical coupler to do the job. I has a small internal ridge that keeps the coupler from sliding all the way onto the 32mm vacuum hose 09 January 2021 Update: I discovered that the straight coupler caused problems unless there was sufficient clearance behind the saw for the rigid portion of the vacuum hose. If there isn't enough room (and there wasn't in my case), then the coupler cracked. So, I redesigned it with a bend, and to couple directly to the flexible hose, bypassing the rigid portion.
