This is my first custom project I created with TinkerCAD, it's a basic design that mimics the stock throttle actuator on my chinese 52cc scooter engine, designated the 1E44F-5. The new throttles have a press fit, but this older one screws on with a flat head screwdriver. Compared to the older one, this one opens the throttle more fully while still rotating and rising with throttle input, just as the original did. I'm no expert on 3D printing settings, but higher detail settings result in a smoother sliding actuator, since the arc portion rides on a small bearing, and prints with small steps embedded due to its angle. After printing I sanded the contact surface with 400-800 grit until fully smooth.
