This is a filler I designed to replace the backing for the bar tensioner on one of my saws. You need to remove the middle supports that the factory leaves there for this to fit. This was easily done with a dremel. Other than that, fit great, nice and snug and time will tell how long it lasts. The grooves were left there in case cleaning up factory plastic was too hard. Could be removed if needed. Print with the narrow grooves up and no supports are needed. Essentially what happened is the plastic below the tensioner was damaged due to improper reassembly. Instead of replacing the whole case (expensive), this was a quick easy fix. Print time was maybe 20 minutes. This is for a Homelite Ranger 33cc Saw. The model number on this one is UT-10926.
