Simple Din Rail Clip with dummy screw head ----------------------------------------------------------- Inspired and based on thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:725188 The DXF file available there is extremely useful. There are two .STL versions: *Simple Screw/Without crossbar - This version just emulates a screw head. *Crossbar - this version just adds a little bar on the screw for additional strength/grip. Most Keyslot-type holes do not support this, so you will need the simple screw version. This was made to mount some Mikrotik routers and switches to DIN Rails. As all equipment slightly differs, I doubt the .STL files will suit your needs. I included the .f3z archive so you can adapt it to your needs. It should include the DXF file from mikiCZ too. A lot of dimensions can already be changed by simple modifications to the (user) parameters: + clamp_width: width of the clamp + screw_depth: overall height of the screw object + screw_shaft_dia: diameter of the screw shaft + screw_head_depth: thickness of the screw head + screw_head_dia diameter of the screw head + crossbar_h: height of the crossbar (thickness will be same as screw head), defaults to screw shaft diameter +crossbar_w: width of the crossbar , defaults to overall clamp width.
