35mm Film Canister Nose Cones / 37mm Bushings

Here are several different style nose cones meant to replace the lid of a 35mm film canister. Specifically the style of 35mm film canisters shown in the images with the knurled lid. This style film canister usually comes in clear and black and you can find them on eBay for cheap(the ones that ship from China). In fact when I purchased some they were the cheapest listing for a quantity of ten. Be sure you are ready to install the nose cone when you pop them on because they have an extremely positive fit. I have to use a thin metal strip to remove the nose cones, wedging it between the nose cone and the film canister. There are all sorts of uses for this model from toys to rocketry to making 37mm projectiles. Enjoy and be safe however you choose to use them! The basic style fit flush with the outside of a 35mm film canister. The bushing style is meant to be larger than the OD of the film canister so that way the nose cone will fit inside of a 37mm shell casing. Specifically they are being designed for the 5" aluminum shell casings being sold by Ordnance Group at www.exoticammo.com . These files are designed to be printed, used as a negative in a mold, and then the actual projectiles are to be cast. 3D printed materials out of the box are not recommended for such harsh use.
