This is a module for openSCAD that creates films spools with a varying amount of sockets. It was inspired by mlagana's spool but completely redone. Instructions The included STL has 8 sprockets but using the scad module spool() with a parameter will generate a spool of a different number of sprockets. Because of the spacing of the film holes changing the number of sprockets changes the circumference (and radius) of the spool.
With this file you will be able to print 35mm film spool (variable sprockets) with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on 35mm film spool (variable sprockets).
