Update: no longer recommended. Check out my new fan duct for SV01 Pro stock fan (designed with CFD) here: https://www.printables.com/model/324965-sv01-pro-os2-fan-duct-with-cfd

Note: If the fan speed is too low it won't pressurize the duct enough to get even flow out of the nozzles. My experience is that the duct starts working properly around 40% fan speed, so even for PETG I'd recommend using a fan speed of 50-65%. For PLA 100% works great.

Mixed reports as to whether this can work with the SV04. I don't have one, so can't be sure either way.

You'll need two more M3x18 or M3x20 screws (the stock fan uses one long and two short screws)

Print in PETG, 0.4 mm nozzle. 0.15-0.2 layer height. There are internal airflow/supports so no additional support is needed - the layer after what you see below is the hardest for bridging. I used black Hatchbox PETG and haven't had any issues with melting/warping after hundreds of hours of use at 235-240 C, but others have had some issues with the 10-11 o'clock position warping. V2 has been released to address this, but also make sure you're using a good silicone sock over your heater block.

This was inspired by AlexMu's optimized fan duct (https://www.printables.com/model/48024-fan-duct-optimised-for-anycubic-i3-mega) though this is a new model started from scratch.

Updates:

2022-11-11 - This was originally designed before the extruder/hotend assembly CAD was released. V2 better centers the duct, increases the ring radius 2 mm, and lowers the ring 0.5 mm. This should result in better cooling and a reduced risk of warping. There are also a few added/changed radii to improve printability.
Comparison of original (transparent) and V2 below.
