WARNING! These models are not suitable for real world use out of the box as a 3D printed item. Though they may be accurate enough models to be machined out of aluminum. When printed(for testing dimensions only) they accept a 209 primer with some tension and fit well in the chamber area. They would be suitable to use as snap caps if there were a need for such a thing. Just use a SPENT 209 primer with some epoxy filling the firing pin dent. The inner diameter is 1.300". These are simply 3D models for reference, 3D printed materials may be dangerous for making shell casings. Though for reference they have been printed and the test fit to launcher is good as in they chamber properly and the primer pocket accepts a 209 primer and the powder capacity is accurate. Though these shells remain untested, I DO NOT believe they will hold up to real world use. 3D printed materials tend to be weak and it may be dangerous to actually use 3D printed parts in this manner, making molds and castings based off these prints may be a better option if you are serious about attempting to use them. Even if cast I still find the concept to be extremely dangerous. I accept 0% responsibility for the use or misuse of these models. The models are here as an accurate reference only and are NOT intended to be made into live rounds. Please TIP if you like this file so I can devote more time to designing similar models!
