37mm flare hull for blanks

this a hull for flare launchers that lets you use blanks as propellant. 9mm RK (revolver blanks) work best for igniting fuses without damaging pyrotechnic payloads, and 9mm PAK (semi auto blanks) are more powerful but may require an additional wad with a vent hole to launch pyrotechnic payloads. I use a vice to force the blanks into the slot, then I use a drift punch to force them out afterwards. print these rim down with no supports.
