I had the problem with my Astro A50 that the headband cushion always flipt out because of my big head. so I made a clamb for fixing. Tested with Astro A50 Gen. 4 and Mod Kit filament used: black PETG with 50% Inflill (same as full) because the PETG is bendable, the clamb fits perfectly. I don't know if it works with PLA.
