This is remixed from Dakanzla's set. Thanks to him for the inspiration! I wanted to print the main tiles with my Elegoo Mars printer and the originals were just slightly too large to fit. So I had to shrink them. But when I made them smaller, the pockets for the numbered discs were too small, so I had to modify the pockets. There were also some layering oddities which caused problems, so I cleaned those up. I basically remade the ocean tile because of that layering issue. I wasn't a fan of the original wood tiles. Mostly the "bubble trees", but also the intermixed tree types. So I remade that tile from almost scratch. I kept the ground shape and the cabin roof and changed everything else. New evergreen trees, new deciduous trees, new rocks, stumps, fallen trees, and new cabin logs that are correctly positioned like a real log cabin would be. I also added a wood pile next to the cabin. A tiny axe would have probably been too much. :) I replaced the "bubble trees" on the other tiles, and generally cleaned them up too. There were some seriously tiny details on the city and settlement models, so I cleaned those up as well. The scalloped roofs are gone. Even my resin printer couldn't show that level of detail. I also cleaned up lots of invalid faces and vertices. I cleaned up the harbor pieces and combined them into a single tile each. The ship was over-detailed and the canons now stick out a little more. I replaced the wheat bundle because there were lots of geometry errors in the original, and I cleaned up the ore cart. I also remade the tile bases. I designed them to be used with 3mm "buckyball" magnets. These are a bit easier to get than cylindrical magnets. Probably cheaper too! The 3mm magnets aren't terribly strong, but they hold the tiles together easily on a table. I also combined three tile bases together for the ocean tiles. I glue the pure ocean tiles into the bases, but keep the harbor tiles unglued so they can be easily randomly arranged. As you can see in the pictures, I painted the edges of the ocean tiles to match the land bases. Now roads are placed on land and the harbors are touching "land" as well. Just looks better overall in my opinion. I put a lot of work into cleaning up the files, so hopefully it will help someone. I'm really happy with the final results. I hope you are too.
