3D Filament Reel Hub

This is a customizable hub for the ends of a 3D filament reel (print 2) that has a hole for a support rod, so it could work with many filament reel supports. You specify the outer hub radius, inner hub radius (that will set in reel hole), and the radius of the support rod hole. An inner radius of 28mm should fit most 1kg reels. An inner radius of 16mm was sized to fit a .8kg reel I have from Sainsmart - not sure if all smaller reels have this same size hole or not. A "bolt_radius" of 4mm will allow a 1/4" bolt to fit.
