A simple spool holder for 3D print filament designed to be placed in a compact space. Currently the model requires another iteration to allow for greater 3D printer bed clearance The process for concept development is included as a pdf. Along with some basic FEA using ANSYS to compare with calculations.Edit 1: Photos for a test fit of the snap fit holders on the available bearing is added.Both the bearing and tube are from the Mcmaster-Carr catalogue where the stock is purchased.The total time spent is approximately 1 week. The design is inspired by a similar concept (Nintendo Switch Holder)
