3D-ized Epcot attraction Logos

The old original attraction icons at Epcot (sans the Health Pavilion). Not practical like TheNewHobbyist's coaster set, just something to decorate a shelf (and collect dust). Since I made these 3D, I took some artistic liberty; hopefully I stayed true to the original designers' intent. And, because these don't have a base, I had to add some connectors as the design would otherwise be disconnected (such as with the World of Motion, or the Universe of Energy). Print Settings Printer: Maker Select (Wanhao Duplicator i3) Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 10 Notes: Infill isn't needed, especially if it's just decoration. Since it is decoration, a low resolution is recommended, but it's totally up to you. Post-Printing How I Designed This Just found some black and white images of the original logos, brought them into Sketchup, started by just eye-balling the size, but then doing as much precision work as I could while sticking to the original design. Blender was then used for Boolean operations. For example the Epcot logo was actually five tori (I had to look up the plural of torus), rotated from the center of the logo at 73 degree angles, so there was a lot of internal geometry that needed cleaning. The free version of sketchup doesn't have great of boolean tools, so I just used Blender. Then I just used my imagination to 3D-ize them, such as The Land sloping upwards like it's growing plant; or the Living Seas being wavy because... well they're waves.
