Two versions are presented: New (ART_DECO_BUILDING_TEXTURED.fbx with scene, textures, and materials in Redshift), and Old (only building without scene or textures, with one standard material). Redshift materials can be easily converted to any other render engine or Unity/Unreal. A Maya file (.mb) is also included, featuring all settings and Maya grass. The textures are available in 2K and 4K resolution. The original version was delivered in FBX and OBJ file formats. Additionally, an STL format has been added for users' convenience.
