"Tawamure of Inishie" represents my contribution that gained recognition as Selected Works at a prestigious awards ceremony held during the Japan Jewellery Award 2015. My work "366 Days CAD Life", part of the Monkeys series, has officially been announced. As you may know, I reside in Kagawa, particularly famous for its olive production, on the island of Shodoshima. Even the young monkeys that inhabit this area appear innocent and full of joy. With various dynamic poses from my 3D-monkey sculptures being introduced throughout the series, it becomes apparent how much they are a part of our human experience. Monkeys are drawing closer to humanity every day! And when you choose a necklace adorned with their tails as a pendant, the beauty of this relationship shines through.
