"Tawamure of Inishie" is the name I've given my selected work that won an award in the most prestigious and historic jewelry contest, JJA2015 (Japan Jewellery Award 2015). This marks a major achievement for me with my "Monkeys Series," a collection I worked on over the course of 366 days using CAD technology. I hail from Kagawa Prefecture, famous for its olives and the picturesque island of Shodoshima. In my designs, even a young monkey can be seen playing innocently, giving my art an irresistible charm. As we continue to unveil more 3D-Monkeys in this series, you'll notice how they've come tantalizingly close to human form. And did you know that if I attach a pendant and a necklace to one of these adorable monkeys' tails, it makes for a lovely accessory!
