I wanted a pen holder that did not use a lot of plastic to build. 1 inch support at rear and 0.95 at front. Slight angle downwards. 0.3 or 0.4, 10% infill, 40mm sec or greater. ABS or PLA edit - printed great in black ABS at 0.3, 10% infill, no supports. brim used (though I probably did not need it).
