Natural antibiotic honey, renowned for centuries as a remedy for flu and colds, can be consumed in various ways. A popular choice is honey tincture, which involves dissolving honey into warm tea. However, studies reveal that high temperatures harm honey's enzymes, making cold water a better option to retain its benefits. Dissolving honey in cold water proves challenging due to its thick consistency. To resolve this issue, the honey infuser is employed. This device places honey inside a compression chamber and uses a syringe to push it through tiny passages, breaking up its thickness and enabling quicker dissolution in water. The provided STL and STP files include designs for both the cup and plunger components. Note that the plunger requires a small rubber O-ring for a compression seal. As heavy files are involved, patience and a good PC are recommended during the download process. To maintain cleanliness and ensure efficient functioning, it's advisable to wash the infuser with hot water and flush the passages using very hot soapy water after each use. This project owes its success to Hazat's honey jar design and Carlos' chest with one drawer design.
