3D printable GT2 80Teeth 6mm width pulley

I noticed the aluminum 80Teeth pulley is quite expensive, maybe part of the reason is voron 3D printer is getting popular. So, why don't we just print it. I believe it's very printable and should work correctly. So here is it, for GT2 belt drive, 80Teeth, pulley. bore size, or centre hole diameter is 5mm and 4mm, two sizes to choose. Teeth diameter (Inner diameter) is 50.42mm, same as most aluminum 80T pulley, outter diameter is 55mm. (some seller's are 54mm, others are 55mm) for 6mm belts. most seller sell this 80T pulley with 5mm centre hole, however 4mm hole has it's advantages: 4mm screw or shaft is a lot cheaper than 5mm's (especially screws, 5mm screw is expansive), and 5mm shaft is harder to cut than 4mm's. 4mm is also strong enough. after print, option 1, use glue to glue two halves together, or use 5pcs M2 6mm long tapping screws, or both. install on shaft, =========== the mount screw hole is 3mm, can use M4 set screw as usual pulley does. Some people use screw thread making tap tool to create M4 screw thread in the mounting screw hole, I tried it and it seems working well. alternatively could use tapping screw with the right size I guess. Printing ======= should enable bridge so we don't need to remove a lot of support material.
