When I tried printing the quarter model this one is derived from, none of the surface geometry was printed, even when sliced at 0.1mm resolution. This model trades off absolute accuracy in favor of printability by slightly increasing the feature height. Instructions Recommended Slic3r settings are: -Set printer settings to lift z slightly (0.2mm) during retraction. -All layer heights 0.1mm (even first layer). -Fill density: 1 -Fill pattern: concentric -Top/bottom fill pattern: concentric. -Infill density: 1
