This is a completely useable 3d printed wheel. I have tested it printing soft PLA. I use 2 x 608 bearings with washers and nyloc nuts. This is one of many iterations. Try it and let me know how they work out for you. The next gen will include a nylon/ carbon fiber hub to be printed. All fusion created.
