https://youtu.be/NmQVjH_OXws An RGB led strip is cut into pieces of about 16 cm. The positions are indicated on the led strip. By using a low cost NanoV3 Arduino board and Pulse Width Modulation, this simple mood light without additional functions is fully adjustable with two miniature pcb push buttons for each color (up-down). The strips are taped to the base alternating. Since they have an adhesive backside, this is an easy job. There is one spare strip in case something goes wrong. The solder pads are connected as indicated on the photographs. Thin copper wire without insulation can be used. The outer shield should be printed in neutral PLA so it works as a diffuser. If you are an experienced Arduino user, you might want to build in special effects, let it dance to music, move through color patterns or make an ambi light behind your tv set.
