Yeah, so I designed these ears. They're pretty realistic, they took forever to model. They take quite a while to print, I included a cut set that where both pieces will fit (barely) on the bed of a replicator dimensioned bed. If you print in ABS just wet both sides in acetone and stick the pieces together. Easy as that. Instructions You can get both pieces of each ear to fit on a replicator size bed, but its a close fit. Flat sides face down, you shouldn't need any support material or rafts or anything like that. Low infill is fine, I'd recommend 3 or more shells though. If you print in ABS the flat surfaces are easy to join with acetone.
