This is Logitech MX518 Mouse which I first modeled several years ago and uploaded it onto grabcad.com but later I deleted that account and created this new account and uploaded a newer version on grabcad.com. Now…I have modified the model even further and have 3D-printed it with an Ultimaker 2. I hope you enjoy it!
