INTRODUCTION As I am sensitive to allergens and have respiratory issues, having this mask is good to bring fresh, clean and cool air into my lungs. Where I live is hot humid, thus cool air from the fans reduces the accumulated sweat around my mouth and nose regions. The mask template is remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4151131. Mask seal is to cover the bottom jaw of the mask, covering the foam and making it air-tight. This is done by supergluing Mask Seal onto the black foam. Also added HEPA filter inside Louver for filtering exhaled breath. Double Fans already have filters inside them. Supports are required for mask template. REQUIRED PARTS: The double cooling fans are bought from AliExpress (Xiaomi Purely Mask): https://shorturl.at/amAD5 HEPA Filter bought from AliExpress: https://tinyurl.com/bp79zb4 Black Foam Tape bought from AliExpress: https://tinyurl.com/y8eecp9s M3 Screws and Nuts Compulsory Add-On: Apply resin to mask to reduce bacteria growth between the fine 3D printed lines and gaps in the seal between the mask and the fans. Total cost of build is around $55 USD. Took me around 2 days to build the mask prototype, and around 2 weeks of refining details.
