3d Printed Moderator

This is a 3d printed moderator for airguns. You will require a strong epoxy resin for the end baffles and adapter sections, a Carbon fibre tube with a ID of 33mm and a length of over 200mm depending on how many baffles you use and a 1/2unf steel bushing with a diameter of 20mm. (Some sanding may be necessary as 3d prints tend to slightly over extrude. Alternate the baffles at 180 degrees to maximise the efficiency. The final two baffles should be opposing each other creating a capsule like chamber inside.
