Done designing the gearbox V3A, I might do other ratios hence the A. This is much sturdier than the V2 design and should work fine with the V3 truck, I've testdriven it quite roughly both on tarmac and indoors without issues. Print all shafts and gears at 60-80% infill, the shafts you can print with 3 perimeters to make them even stronger. Adjust your extrusion width to get as much infill as possible in the teeth of the gears.
