However, it turned out that this thing doesn't work very good if you simply use it on a analog pin. I recommend going with a better (capacitive?!) sensor, because it might be harmful for the water/soil. Made these for my IOT greenhouse. You can insert copper wire and turn it around the tops. Use hotglue to secure. The wire might corrode after some time! Made in Fusion 360. Filament: Redline PLA
