This is the basic components of a 3D printed speaker, you need to add magnets and copper wire. The Spider and Surround should be printed in TPU or this speaker may not work. I used Ninja flex 85A but it should work with everything up to 97A it will just change the frequency response (higher shore hardness = high frequency response-- 85A will act like a small woofer and 97A should act like a mid) Magnets are 6 ring style magnets with OD of 39MM and ID of 22mm and copper wire is magnet wire with a .25 mm OD i used enough to set it up at 4OHMs you'll have to check your manufacture spec of wire for OHM per 1000 ft and then do some conversion math to get your desired OHM rating *** MAKE SURE YOUR AMP IS RATED FOR THE OHM YOU'RE WIRING FOR** you can always wire higher than your amps rated OHM but never lower i wrapped my coil wire in a single layer of office tape, kapton tape would work as well but it needs to thin as tolerances are not huge on the coil-magnet. Everything is assembled with CA glue and quick set activator. I assembled this on my YouTube channel if you would like to see it in action before you build. https://youtu.be/wk14m5gB4N4
