** IMPORTANT** This speaker's components were printed on a resin printer they are small and some of the walls are .2mm or smaller it may not print proper on a FDM style printer use at your own risk. This is the basic components of a 3D printed speaker, you need to add magnets and copper wire. The Spider and Surround should be printed in TPU or this speaker may not work. I used Ninja flex 85A but it should work with everything up to 97A it will just change the frequency response (higher shore hardness = high frequency response-- 85A will act like a small woofer and 97A should act like a mid) Magnets are 8mm OD x 2.5mm H- you need 12, The magnet wire on the coil is .25mm OD My speaker is wired for 4 OHMs please refer to the manufacture spec for ohm per 1000 ft and then do some conversion math to get you're desired OHM rating. *** MAKE SURE YOUR AMP IS RATED FOR THE OHM YOU'RE WIRING FOR** you can always wire higher than your amps rated OHM but never lower This speaker also utilizes a 3/8"NC x 1" bolt as the magnet pole for the motor of the speaker (its optional but does greatly improve the speaker's efficiency. it's also fun to screw the bolt in and out and hear the speaker react to the magnetic field changes) there is also 2 Washers that need to go above and below the the magnets they are 33mm OD and 15.4mm ID with a height of 1mm they are used to amplify the magnetic field of the magnets -all magnets need installed in the same polarity Everything is held together with super glue- I use bob smith industries superglue and their quick set spray to speed up setting times. I wrapped my coil wire in a single layer of office tape, Kapton tape would work as well but it needs to be thin as tolerances are not huge on the coil-magnet. I assembled this on my YouTube channel if you would like to see it in action before you build. https://youtu.be/1WeSpfFZKzI
