3D printed water rocket and coated with thin epoxy resin for air tightness. Consist of five main parts: 1) Payload section; 2) Top section; 3) Middle section; 4) Bottom section; 5) Nozzle. Parts aligned with joiners and welded with 3D pen or extruder nozzle. Also ironing of welded seams needed. Overview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Ke5cXz5xio Water rocket characteristics: - height 860 mm; - diameter 50 mm; - test pressure 9 bar; - launch pressure 8 bar; - flight altitude aprox 100 m; - arduino mini and MPU6050 based electronics. Servo motor for parachute deployment; - can be used without parachute deployment mechanism, just be sure to land rocket onto soft ground; - has launcher and guid rails. Printing parameters for pressure vessel: - wall perimeters: 2 (0.8mm); - print temperature: 230; - filament: PLA+; - infill: 0%; - top, bottom thickness: 0; - perimeters height: 0.2mm; - print seams should be aligned on one side, not randomly. Nozzle print parameters are general. Before print the big rocket, print, weld and test smaller test pressure vessel. Pressure test is dangerous!!! Please cover the testing pressure vessel and wear eye and ears protection. O-ring shouldn't be very tight or very weak. Change outer diameter if needed.
