3D printer ALU-MAKER PRUSA STYLE DIRECT TITAN EXTRUDER. Strength is enough to use this device as a CNC engraver-milling machine, since the design uses guides with a diameter of 10 mm. Frame: aluminum profile 20 * 40 mm. Elements on the joints: metal 3 mm. Plastic parts: PETG. Kinematics XY: Cartesian. Mechanics Z: one motor - two trapezoidal screws + synchronization belt. Working sizes: 200 * 200 * 200 mm. Feeding system: DIRECT (extruder - Titan clone) Nozzle: 0.4 mm. Table heater: aluminum MK3 220 * 220 mm. Benefits: • Rigid strong construction made of aluminum machine profile 20 * 40 mm, fastened with metal corners and elements. • Guides with a diameter of 10 mm. Do not bend under their own weight, the weight of the table and carriage. • Z-axis flange screws are synchronized by a belt and driven by a single motor. Due to this, the skewness of the X axis is eliminated. • The printer uses an auto-calibration system built on the optical limit switch and SG90 servo drive. • The voltage of the printer power supply is 24 Volts. • 32-bit electronics based on the STM32 microcontroller. • Installed silent TMC2208 drivers with interpolation up to 1/256 microstep. • The plastic feed in the printer is direct. On the feed is a clone of a Titan gear extruder with a 3:1 ratio of gear teeth.
