3D Printer - CT3D - Work In Progress - All lasercut

ENG ( sorry for bad english) First draft, concept, of the printer that I would build for me, is a project that I carry on for a while, but unfortunately I cannot find the time to finish for work and studies, if someone can serve for some ideas so be it! :) inspired by Prusa i3 and Prusa I3.2 here on GrabCAD: 3D printer - PRUSA i3.2 LASERCUT the reason for this printer is primarily to do some experience of complex assemblies, and has the following advantages: - All-aluminum laser cut, ideally ready to install once cut the pieces, 2 thicknesses of 3mm and 6mm - More solid than the i3 Prusa, consequently it reaches print speeds more high, maintaining the quality of the piece - Double extruder E3D next generation, all-steel - In theory, easy to assembly - Wire feed outside the cart (still miss all) - Designed to mount even a small milling cutter or another tool type - Electronics protected (missing all the cables, slots for air passage, connectors, switches etc .. also leaving room to add other cards or for other use not only as a 3D printer) Disadvantages: - Bigger and bulkier than the Prusa i3 or other - Costs and feasibility of building it? still i don't know ITALIANO: Prima bozza, concept, della stampante che vorrei costruirmi, è un progetto che porto avanti da un pò ma che purtroppo non trovo il tempo di finire per via degli studi, se a qualcuno puo servire per qualche spunto ben venga! :) prende spunto dalla prusa i3 e dalla prusa i3.2 qui su grabcad: 3D printer - PRUSA i3.2 LASERCUT il motivo di questa stampante è principalmente per fare un po di esperienza su assiemi complessi, e ha i seguenti vantaggi: - completamente in alluminio tagliato a laser, idealmente pronta da montare una volta tagliati i pezzi, 2 spessori da 3mm e 6mm - piu solida rispetto alla prusa i3, di conseguenza raggiunge velocità di stampa piu elevate, mantenendo la qualità del pezzo - doppio estrusore E3D di nuova generazione, completamente in acciaio - in teoria facile da montare - avanzamento filo esterno dal carrello (manca ancora tutto) - pensata per montare anche una piccola fresa o altro tipo di utensile - parte elettronica protetta (manca tutta la parte di cavi, feritoie per il passaggio dell'aria, connettori, interruttori ecc.. inoltre è lasciato spazio per aggiungere altre schede o altro per utilizzarla non solo come stampante 3D) svantaggi: - piu grande ed ingombrante rispetto alla prusa i3 o altre - costi e fattibilità di costruirla? ancora non si sa
