3D Printer Enclosure "Flightcase - Style"

I was in search of a secure transport case for my printer, and found the aesthetic of a flight box appealing. However, I also wanted to use the box as a cover for everyday use, especially when printing with challenging materials like ABS. Thus, I designed some walls with Plexiglas and others with aluminum sandwich. The file allows users to specify internal dimensions in width, height, and length. I've chosen a material thickness of 4mm for this design. If you wish to change the material thickness, it's essential to adjust the aluminum profile to match an Adam Hall profile suitable for the desired thickness. The console also provides a shopping list. I have not included corners, locks, and sealing profiles as they seemed secondary during the planning phase.
