zuspiel's design is amazing, definitely check out his Source files. I wanted to add in some Acrylic/Perspex guides for my 3mm thick clear Acrylic sheet so I remixed his design. My Acrylic was sold as 3mm, I measured it and it was thinker so the cutouts are approx 3.5mm which is fine for some extra as it makes it easier to slide the top on and off. My idea is to keep the design so that the top enclosure can be taken off including the perspex, there is a bolt hole on the top section to keep it all in place and the bottom guides just help it sit together.
