I had a piece of glass custom cut for my 270 mm x 220 mm heated bed. I used the typical paper clip attachment but wanted something less intrusive. These small clamps will hold the corners of a glass bed to a bed substrate such as aluminum. They can handle up to 7 mm of thickness. All you need is an 8 mm x 3 mm cap screw (or Philips) and a 3 mm nut. The cap screws are easy to tighten by hand. I suggest not to crank down on the screw too much as its not needed and could dig into your bed underside. This design makes it very quick and easy to remove your glass bed plate. Print Settings Printer: HyperCube Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 50% Notes: You should use at least 50% infill for strength and ABS to resist heat. ABS Extruder 235C Bed 85C Post-Printing I used support for the hex pocket which needs to be removed. No other post processing is needed.
