This is a functional stand to hold the removable LCD screen from a Prusa i3 made by Tronxy. The plastic thickness and hole spacing was designed so that you can re-use the existing LCD mounting screws.I only use my printer's screen as a display and don't use the buttons so be warned ahead of time that the stand wasn't designed to take the stress of button presses. I designed this for my 3D printer's screen two years ago and haven't had any issues with it so far.
