A derivative of Prusa i3. Changes include: 1) Build volume of 200x200x250 instead of 200x200x200. 2) Stiffer guide rods 10 mm instead of 8 mm. 3) Proper TR8x8 leadscrews instead of M5x300 threaded rods. 4) Better extruder. 5) Aluminium structure for higher machine stiffness. 6) Aluminium machined brackets and components for better accuracy. 7) GT2 timing belts and pulleys. 8) NEMA 17 0.45Nm stepper motors. All structural plates to be laser or water jet cut. Cost is estimated to be around USD 550. Data files in KOMPAS and STP formats Done in KOMPAS V15.
