3D Shock Absorber

This is the final version of the shocks. The two threaded components (COS TOP, PISTON BODY) need to be printed with the slicing tolerance "Exclusive" If you are unaware just search "Exclusive slicing tolerance". This allows the threads to work nicely together. A little sanding is required on the shaft just to make sure that is fits correctly and the same for the small piston. The coil is meant to be printed out of PETG and it requires custom supports. Once assembled the shock works nicely. The design hasn't been tested with grease but it works nicely without grease. The design can be printed out or modified as I will provide the .stp files as well. Feel free to make any modifications and leave a comment or a like as it is very encouraging to me. Thank you!
